Confirmation: All bookings made through our website, phone, or email are subject to confirmation. A booking is confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment or full payment as per our booking policy.
Pricing: All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless specified otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice, though confirmed bookings will not be affected by price changes.
Identity Proof: Guests must carry a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhar Card, Passport, Voter ID, Driving License) at the time of check-in, as required by local authorities in Rajasthan.
Cancellation by Customer:
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the check-in date will be eligible for a refund (subject to processing fees).
Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date or No-Shows will attract a 100% cancellation charge (no refund).
Cancellation by Us: In rare cases of extreme weather conditions, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances, Sam Desert Ssafari Camping Jaisalmer reserves the right to cancel bookings. In such cases, an alternate date or a full refund will be provided.
Safety First: Desert activities such as camel safaris, jeep safaris, and quad biking carry inherent risks. Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by our guides and staff.
Behavior and Conduct: We expect all guests to maintain decency and respect the local culture, environment, and other campers. Smoking inside luxury tents may be strictly prohibited due to fire hazards. Management reserves the right to evict any guest creating a nuisance without a refund.
Personal Belongings: Guests are responsible for their own valuables, cash, electronic gadgets, and luggage. Management is not liable for any loss or theft of personal items during the stay or safari.
Sam Desert Ssafari Camping Jaisalmer, its owners, and staff shall not be held liable for any injury, accident, delay, loss, damage, or illness arising during desert safaris, camping activities, transportation, or due to natural elements, acts of God, or political disruptions.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan.
